Investing in Extreme Soccer puts you at the forefront of a game-changing sports venture. Be part of a high-growth project that merges athletic competition and entertainment for a global audience.

We seek a strategic partner who recognizes Extreme Soccer's exceptional value and potential global reach. With the right partner, we can build brand visibility, connect with international audiences, and grow in new markets.

Sorin Balaianu and his team, driven by their passion for Soccer/Fútbol, have completed the business plan and proof-of-concept video for Extreme Soccer Productions' TV content after thorough research and development. After several funding rounds, Sorin maintains 80% ownership of Extreme Soccer LLC, while investors hold 20%, with continued strong backing as they work together to secure a strategic partner.

Concept development

Sorin follows a scale-up approach, starting with smaller events to address challenges and polish the end product. In 2022, after crafting a soccer event business plan with CSM/Wasserman, he organized a soccer skills event at the Players Soccer Club in Las Vegas, NV, for U19 Boys and Girls. This event was designed as a feasibility study leading up to the 2023 proof of concept video.

  • Designed and outfitted the TV set for the event at Darling Tennis Center in Las Vegas, Nevada,

  • Planned and operated the day-long Soccer Skills Challenge, involving approximately 300 participants.

  • Collaborated with a leading production company to film the event (Levy Productions Las Vegas).

  • Produced and edited promotional video content from the footage.

2023 - Extreme Soccer San Diego (Proof of Concept Production)

The proof-of-concept event was created to showcase the specific skills and challenges that will appear prominently in the TV content episodes.

  • Designed and transformed a soccer facility in San Diego into a fully outfitted TV set.

  • Leveraged social media to recruit top-tier soccer talent and promote the event.

  • Held tryouts for all interested participants, attracting professional and semi-pro soccer players.

  • Established strong connections with star athletes for future collaborations.

  • Partnered with leading production company Scratch Media to film the event professionally.

  • Produced a promotional video and a final proof-of-concept video from the captured footage.

Management

Sorin Balaianu CEO / Founder

  • Sorin’s first love has always been Soccer/Fútbol, but wrestling provided him an escape from life under the communist regime. As a multifaceted athlete and Romanian and Italian wrestling champion, Sorin immigrated to the USA, choosing to put his Olympic dreams on hold. His decision was clear: “One-time Medal or Lifetime Freedom.”

  • Sorin established the International FootTennis Federation in the U.S., featured in the N.Y. Times Magazine and various global media outlets. His efforts sparked international interest, inspiring countries worldwide to form their FootTennis Federations.

  • A defining moment came at the 1994 World Cup Soccer Fest in Los Angeles. Managing SportFloor USA, Sorin brought two Sepak Takraw teams from Malaysia to showcase the thrill of FootTennis and soccer skill events.

  • This marked the beginning of a new era of hybrid sports promotion, blending cultural exchanges with competitive spirit. From this foundation, Sorin continues pushing the boundaries of sports entertainment with Extreme Soccer.

  • The timing is right, as the 2026 World Cup of Soccer will be held in North America, and the 2028 Olympics will be held in Los Angeles.
